I’m Katarzyna Zych – Kat – an ITEC-qualified massage therapist in Bournemouth. I talk. I listen. I take care. If you need extra time, you get it. My focus is on what your body truly needs, not on rushing you through a slot on the schedule.

With qualifications in Sports Massage, counselling skills, and health & social care, I combine technical knowledge with genuine connection. I read the body, work with it, and adapt every treatment – whether Sports, Deep Tissue, Swedish, or Hot Stones – to match your needs in that moment.

Massage for me isn’t just a service – it’s a craft. I’m a healer at heart, with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and live without the weight of tension holding them back.
